We are a leading charity working on end of life issues in the UK. We provide advance decisions and carry out research and education work. End of life care and rights are all too often ignored in a world where people prefer not to think about these issues.

We do not receive grants from government of big corporations, but are supported primarily by individuals who donate to us. By donating, or leaving a bequest to us in your will you will get us closer to our goal of improving an end of life experience for everyone.
